How to use Google Sheets Chart function

With Google Sheets Chart function you can make Charts easily of many different types like Bar , Line , Area , Pie , Scatter , Map and more all you need to do is to sign in to your Google account and go to Google Sheets. This tutorial will teach you about how you can use Google Sheets Chart function to make a Bar Chart.

Step 01 :

Login in to your Google Account and go to Google Sheets. Once Google Sheets Page Opens Click on "Go to Google Sheets" as you can see this in below image.



Step : 02

In the Google Sheets window under "Start a new spreadsheet" click on "Blank" as shown in below image.



a new blank spreadsheet will open as shown below 



Step : 03

Input the data in rows and column as shown in below image




Step : 04

Select the table



Step : 05

Go to Insert > Chart as shown in below image



Step : 06

In the Chart Editor window you can select chart of any type according to your requirements for the purpose of this tutorial we have selected bar chart just click on it and then click insert as shown in below image.



Step : 07

A bar chart will appear as seen in below image you can drag the chart anywhere on the Google spread sheet according to your requirements.




Step : 08

If you want to download this file Go to File > Download as > PDF Document , also you can save the file in other formats like .xlsx , .ods , .zip , .csv as shown in below image.



Step : 09

Export to PDF window will open select the paper size and Layout as shown in below image and finally click on Export the file shall be downloaded to your drive for where you can view it in PDF reader.





The Bar Chart shall look like as shown in below image.

Also you can create out documents like Slides , Forms , Docs.
